RETURNS / GUARANTEE: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied you may return most items in new condition for a full store credit of item purchase price. Some exceptions apply. Please see below for details. Shipping fees are NOT refundable. Special or custom orders, including made to order items such as dredges and powered equipment are NOT returnable. Larger items or those that must be returned to the mfg. may require a restocking fee. All returns must be pre-approved and made within 7 days of receipt. Original packaging must be retained and will be requested. Please email for return authorization and correct return mailing address.

Unauthorized returns will be refused or charged a restocking fee up to 30%. Returns are for store credit / exchange only. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please keep in mind that shipping is not refundable for returns other than for incorrect merchandise shipped. A credit will be applied once the merchandise is received back in good resalable condition. Used equipment is generally not accepted for return, but we may on a case by case basis accept returns of used equipment for a percentage of price.

Metal Detector returns - Please note: Some detector brands including Fisher and Minelab, do not allow returns on any opened detectors. If unused, and the detector box is still sealed and unopened, you may return to us for a credit or model exchange within 7 business days of delivery. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Order Cancellations: All powered equipment whether gas or electric are considered special order items. These units are in very high demand and subject to unannounced back-order. Delays of several days or weeks can sometimes occur due to mfg production schedules or parts availability and are beyond our control. If you require delivery by a certain date you are required to inform us at time of order. These units are made upon order and are considered special order items. We are charged in advance by the mfg. for these items. To secure your place in line for shipment you will also be charged in advance. As such, there will be no cancellations of orders due to delivery time issues unless you inform us in writing of a need by date at the time of your order. Please plan your purchase accordingly and allow extra time for delivery.

There is a $5.00 Small Order Fee for all credit card orders under $20.00. See details below. Keep in mind it is often cheapest to ship several products at once.

Orders that total less than $20.00 (not including shipping) may have a $5.00 minimum order fee added. On small orders, the labor and material costs incurred in packing and shipping can easily approach the cost of the item itself. This fixed fee helps offset the labor and other administrative costs involved in processing these small orders.

SHIPPING and Lead Time: - We generally ship via US Priority mail or UPS Ground for larger items. Rush shipping may be accommodated at extra cost - please contact us prior to ordering. Most items ship out within 2-7 business days. Items available, but not in stock (back ordered), generally ship within 10-15 additional business days but may take longer. We will contact you via email if we are unable to ship within 10 business days of the lead time quoted on the item description page. We are not responsible for delays or errors made by delivery companies, including mis-delivery. Some packages will require a signature for release - please make sure someone will be available to sign for the package or make arrangements for subsequent drop off or pick up. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us and will be subject to additional fees for return or re-delivery.

Orders Shipped via UPS or Postal Service
If your order, or part of your order, is shipped via UPS or postal service, you are responsible for reporting shipping damage within 24-48 hours of delivery. If, upon inspection, you discover that the packaging is damaged, please open the package and inspect the contents thoroughly. In many cases only the exterior packaging is damaged and the contents are just fine. In the case of damaged contents, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance immediately Toll Free: 888-985-6463. If the packaging is not damaged, but you find that the product inside is damaged or defective, save the packaging materials and contact our Customer Service department immediately for a resolution. For UPS and postal service deliveries you must inspect all your items within 24-48 hours. We may not be able to claim shipping insurance loss after this time and you may lose your ability to obtain free replacement.

Orders Shipped via Motor Freight

If your order, or part of your order, is shipped via Motor Freight (truck) Delivery you must be present to sign for the order. When your order arrives, take the time to inspect it to ensure that the paperwork is accurate, the correct number and type of items have been delivered, and that the shipment is free from any damage or defect. It is imperative that you make a report of any damage or defect immediately upon delivery by noting the problem on the shipping company’s Bill of Lading and contacting our Customer Service dept. via email or Toll Free: 888-985-6463. If your order was delivered via Motor Freight Delivery, please do not discard the original packaging materials. is unable to accept responsibility for any shipping damage that has not been noted on the Bill of Lading, or reported more than 24 hours following delivery.

Damaged Goods

When you make a report of damage or defect to our Customer Service department, we will take immediate action to remedy the situation. Do NOT assemble or further unpack obviously defective items. All items must be packaged back into its original shipping containers for return to us. If your order was delivered via UPS, postal service or Motor Freight delivery, please save the original packaging materials.

International Orders: A FREIGHT QUOTE IS REQUIRED IN ADVANCE FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. If a freight quote is not obtained prior to ordering, actual freight costs will be applied to your order. This amount may be substantially higher than quoted by the shopping cart, which provides accurate shipping for domestic US orders only. Payment by Wire Transfer or Western Union / Money Gram may be required for shipping to unverified addresses in foreign countries.
Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do not impose or control these fees. As such, we do NOT collect them in advance.
Package Tracking may not be possible once a package has entered foreign customs. Customers should work with their local delivery service to track packages once they leave the United States. We cannot control packages once they leave the US border.

Most in stock gold ships out within 1 week. Back-ordered gold sizes will ship when available, generally within 1-2 weeks. Please specify if you wish to cancel or re-order items which are on back-order. Special orders require prepayment and are not refundable.
