RETURNS / GUARANTEE: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied you may return your item in new condition for a full store credit of item purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable. Larger items or those that must be returned to the mfg. may require a restocking fee. All returns must be pre-approved and made within 7 days of receipt. Original packaging must be retained and may be requested. Please email for return authorization and correct return mailing address. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Orders that total less than $20.00 (not including shipping) may have a $5.00 minimum order fee added. On small orders, the labor and material costs incurred in packing and shipping can easily approach the cost of the item itself.
