There is really no point in trying to find a new undiscovered gold area - chances are it has already been found and mined to some degree in the past. No they didn't get it all! We also recommend doing a little bit of free research online. Try listing your various local county, rivers, or city names with gold prospecting in Google. Also do a similar search for local gold prospecting clubs in your area. Having local knowledge of known gold producing areas is vital to your success as a prospector. |
